  • Policy Delphi more closely matches complexities of policy problems; involves informed advocates or key stakeholders, in addition to policy issue “experts”

  • 72 question related to forecasts, key issues, goals and options

  • First round of the Delphi was carried out between December 2006 and January 2007. A total of 1,000 e-mail invitations were sent to key stakeholders. 91 people registered for the e-Delphi, 44 completed the first round

  • Subsequent rounds scheduled for completion this year
