Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is the point of this site, so we hold our own pages to a high bar. This statement describes our target, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the widely used standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities. In practice, that covers keyboard operation, sufficient color contrast, text that resizes and reflows, and support for screen readers.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and a single main heading per page.
  • Full keyboard operation, with visible focus states and a skip link.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 in both the light and dark themes.
  • Support for reduced motion and for your system light or dark preference.
  • Layouts that reflow at 200 percent zoom and down to a 320 pixel width.

Known issues and feedback

  • We test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and are not tracking any specific open barriers right now. That does not prove there are none, so please tell us if you hit one.
  • When we confirm a barrier, we will list it here, with what we are doing about it.

Found a barrier? Please tell us on the Contact page. We treat accessibility reports as a priority.
